On the afternoon of December 8, 2025, the Z121 Party Committee convened a conference to issue a leadership resolution for the implementation of tasks in 2026. The conference was chaired by Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Secretary of the Z121 Party Committee and Chairman of the Company. Major General Phan Thị Hoài Vân, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Head of the General Department of Defense Industry (GDDI), attended and provided direction. Also attending were leaders of the General Staff and representatives of agencies under the GDDI.
At the conference, Colonel Chu Việt Sơn, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Factory, presented the draft report summarizing the Factory’s military and defense tasks in 2025. In 2025, the Party Committee and leadership of Factory Z121 demonstrated unity, proactiveness, and decisive leadership, successfully accomplishing all assigned goals and targets. Notable achievements included total production value and revenue meeting and exceeding targets, with growth of 18–20% compared to the same period in 2024; average monthly income estimated at VND 25.9 million per employee; continuous improvement of employees’ material and spiritual well-being; effective solutions to promote scientific and technological research; accelerated progress of investment projects to enhance defense and economic production capacity—especially the decisive implementation and completion of Phase 1 of the “Fireworks Production Line and Defense Materials Storage Project in the Southern Region”; and, for the first time, participation in and winning the Runner-up Prize at the Da Nang International Fireworks Competition. Party and political work was implemented comprehensively and with high quality, contributing to the building of a clean and strong Party organization and a comprehensively strong Factory recognized as “exemplary and outstanding.”
In her directive remarks, Major General Phan Thị Hoài Vân, Deputy Head of the GDDI, acknowledged, commended, and highly appreciated the Factory’s achievements in 2025. She requested that in 2026, the Party Committee and Factory leadership continue to strengthen unity and provide comprehensive leadership across all areas of work; maintain and build upon achieved results; intensify research and development of modern, high–science-and-technology-content products; leverage product strengths to expand exports; focus on ensuring safety; innovate corporate governance; enhance the quality and efficiency of production and business operations; and pay close attention to the material and spiritual well-being of cadres, employees, and workers—ensuring overall safety, particularly the successful organization of the 60th Anniversary of the Z121 Factory’s Traditional Day (September 7, 1966 – September 7, 2026).

Members of the Factory Party Committee actively participated in discussions, offering earnest and responsible contributions and proposing many new solutions aimed at refining and finalizing the resolution. With strong consensus through voting—based on incorporating the guidance of the GDDI leadership and the contributions of conference participants—it is firmly believed that in 2026, the Z121 Party Committee will lead the Factory to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks, build a clean and exemplary Party organization, and further strengthen the Factory as a comprehensively strong unit that is “exemplary and outstanding.”
