In implementing the Party work and political work tasks of Z121 Factory related to mass mobilization, and in response to the movement “The Army Joins Hands for the Poor – Leaving No One Behind” across the entire military, Z121 Factory has consistently focused on practical activities that demonstrate a spirit of solidarity and compassion, contributing to the support of disadvantaged people and policy-beneficiary families in overcoming hardship, stabilizing their lives, and ensuring social welfare.

With the attention and direction of the Party Committee and the leadership and command of Z121 Factory, on the morning of November 17, 2025, the Z121 Factory Youth Union coordinated with the Youth Union of Phong Châu Ward, Phú Thọ Province, to visit, encourage, and support Nguyễn Gia Hưng, a 6-year-old child residing in Phong Châu Ward, Phú Thọ Province, who is currently suffering from severe burns and undergoing treatment at the National Institute of Burns.

During the visit, Captain Chu Hải Quân – Secretary of the Z121 Factory Youth Union – on behalf of the union’s youth members, presented a donation of VND 16,000,000 to Nguyễn Gia Hưng’s family, helping to share their difficulties and contribute to the child’s medical treatment expenses.

The activities of the Z121 Factory Youth Union not only provided tangible support to the assisted family, but also spread profound humanitarian values, fostering a sense of responsibility, compassion, and sharing among officers, youth members, and young people. Through this, hope and encouragement were extended, helping those in difficult circumstances gain additional strength to overcome life’s challenges.

This program is one of the outstanding mass mobilization activities of Z121 Factory, contributing to strengthening the close relationship between the unit and the local Party committees, authorities, and people where the unit is stationed, while affirming the role and responsibility of Z121 Factory in joining the community and society in pursuit of sustainable and humane development.
