Pursuant to Plan No. 6905/KH-CĐ dated October 18, 2025 of the Trade Union of Factory Z121 on encouraging and accelerating production to contribute to the successful completion of the 2025 production and business plan, on October 18–19, 2025, a working delegation led by Senior Colonel Trần Thanh Sơn, Deputy Director of the Factory and Chairman of the Trade Union, together with Major Trần Ngọc Minh, Deputy Head of the Political Department and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, visited and encouraged workers at the Fireworks Enterprise and the Explosives – Explosive Fireworks Enterprise.

During the visit, the delegation attentively inquired about working conditions, shared difficulties encountered in the production process, and commended the spirit of effort and responsibility demonstrated by cadres and employees. At the same time, the delegation presented encouragement gifts directly to production teams and work shifts that were operating at high intensity, including overtime, in order to meet production schedules.
