On the afternoon of November 26, 2025, Z121 Factory held an inauguration ceremony and handed over financial support for the construction of a “Comrades’ House” to the family of Mr. Bùi Văn Phượng – a security officer of the Administration and Logistics Department, Z121 Factory.

Attending the program was Senior Colonel Hoàng Thị Thu Phương, Deputy Head of the Mass Mobilization Department, Political Department of the General Department of Defense Industry. Representing Z121 Factory were Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, along with representatives of the factory’s functional departments.
