Continuing the series of charitable activities of Z121 Factory – under the General Department of Defense Industry – in Lai Châu Province, with the approval of the Party Committee and the Factory’s leadership, on November 24, 2025, a delegation from Z121 Factory led by the grassroots Women’s Union organized the program “Warm Meals for Children Going to School” at Mồ Sì San Kindergarten, Sì Lở Lầu Commune, Lai Châu Province. The program was carried out in coordination with Economic–Defense Unit 356, Military Region 2.

On behalf of the Factory’s leadership, Lieutenant Colonel Hoàng Minh Hải, Head of the Political Department of Z121 Factory, presented meaningful gifts to the school’s management board, teachers, and students, expressing care and solidarity with children in this highland area facing many hardships.

Subsequently, Lieutenant Colonel (Professional Soldier) Đàm Thị Thu Lam, Chairwoman of the Women’s Union of Z121 Factory, donated 4,320 kilograms of ordinary rice, valued at VND 86.4 million, to the pupils of Mồ Sì San Kindergarten. This entire amount of rice was contributed through donations and fundraising by officers, employees, and members of Z121 Factory, reflecting a strong spirit of solidarity, social responsibility, and deep military–civilian bonds.

Within the framework of the program, the Women’s Union of Z121 Factory cooperated with the school to organize “Warm Meals for Children” for 218 pupils, providing nutritionally balanced meals including meat, eggs, milk, and other foods, thereby improving boarding meals and enhancing the children’s physical well-being.

Through this activity, the Women’s Union of Z121 Factory hopes that pupils of Mồ Sì San Kindergarten will enjoy nutritious daily meals when coming to school, receive better health care, feel secure in learning and playing, and gradually overcome difficulties to become healthy, well-behaved students – contributing to a brighter future for the border highland region.

The program once again affirms the role, responsibility, and compassion of female officers, union members, and the collective of Z121 Factory in social welfare efforts, joining hands with the community and contributing to the care and development of the country’s future generations.
