On November 14, in Phú Thọ, an inspection delegation from the General Department of Defense Industry (GDDI), led by Lieutenant General Đinh Quốc Hùng, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the GDDI, conducted an inspection of the results of Party work and political work in 2025 at Factory Z121. Joining the inspection delegation were Major General Lê Ngọc Thân, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Director of the Political Department of the GDDI, along with representatives of several functional agencies of the General Department.

Comprehensive implementation with many areas achieving high quality

In 2025, Factory Z121 carried out Party work and political work in a comprehensive, systematic manner and in accordance with approved plans. Several notable achievements include:

• Thorough and disciplined implementation of assigned tasks, closely adhering to directives from higher authorities.
• Effective and timely execution of organizational, personnel, mass mobilization, and policy-related work.
• Proactive implementation of inspection, supervision, and Party discipline in compliance with regulations.
• Stable internal political situation and local security, with cadres, employees, and workers always ready to accept and successfully accomplish assigned tasks.

The inspection delegation also conducted direct inspections at the following units:

• The Party Committee of the Explosives – Explosive Fireworks Enterprise
• The Party Cell of the Planning Department
• The Party Cell of the Organization and Labor Department
• The Product Quality Inspection Section, along with other relevant agencies and units.

Assessment by the inspection delegation

According to the delegation’s assessment, in 2025 Factory Z121:

• Seriously and effectively implemented resolutions, directives, conclusions, and plans issued by higher levels.
• Performed well in political and ideological education, and in closely monitoring the situation of cadres and defense employees.
• Strengthened propaganda, ideological orientation, and internal public opinion guidance within the unit.
• Maintained the “Determined-to-Win” Emulation Movement, high-intensity emulation campaigns, and commendation work in strict accordance with regulations.
• Conducted Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary work in a rigorous manner and in compliance with prescribed procedures.

The inspection delegation also pointed out several shortcomings that need to be addressed in order to further enhance the effectiveness of Party and political work in the coming period.

Concluding the working session, Lieutenant General Đinh Quốc Hùng acknowledged and commended the achievements attained by Factory Z121. He requested that the Factory:

• Promptly address and rectify shortcomings identified by the inspection delegation.
• Continue to maintain regular Party activities, and improve the quality of Party cell meetings.
• Further promote political and ideological education and traditional education, creating strong motivation for cadres, employees, and workers.
• Review and supplement Party Committee regulations and rules to ensure suitability under new conditions.
• Pay greater attention to cadre affairs and internal political work, closely grasping the thoughts and aspirations of the workforce.
