On the afternoon of December 12, 2025, Factory Z121 held a conference to review military and defense (M&D) work in 2025. The conference was chaired by Colonel Chu Việt Sơn, Factory Director. Attending were Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company; members of the Board of Directors; key leaders at all levels; and production and technical team leaders across the Factory.

The M&D review report comprehensively assessed results in production and business performance and in building the Factory into a comprehensively strong unit. In 2025, the Factory achieved 102.9% of its planned targets; employment and income for cadres, employees, and workers remained stable at a high level, with an average monthly income of VND 25.9 million per person.

The report also identified certain shortcomings, analyzed causes and lessons learned, and clearly defined key tasks to focus on in 2026. Concluding the conference, the Factory Director called on all cadres and employees to uphold unity and responsibility, overcome difficulties, and resolutely fulfill assigned tasks, building the unit to be “exemplary and outstanding.”

Immediately following the M&D review, the Factory launched the 2026 Emulation Movement for Victory under the theme “Unity, Discipline, Breakthroughs, Creativity, Determination to Win,” and held the 2025 Conference to Review Party and Political Work (PPW). The PPW conference was chaired by Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Party Secretary and Company Chairman, with the participation of Colonel Chu Việt Sơn, Deputy Party Secretary and Factory Director; members of the Standing Committee; and key leaders at all levels.

On behalf of the Standing Committee, the Party Secretary disseminated the Z121 Party Committee’s Resolution on Leading the Implementation of Tasks in 2026. The PPW review report summarized achievements across key areas, including political education and communications; Party building and organization; cadre work; internal security protection; mass mobilization; policy implementation; and mass organizations. In 2025, Party and political work received close leadership and direction; Party committees and commanders at all levels strictly maintained Party activities and regimes, successfully accomplishing major tasks—most notably the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels and congresses of mass organizations for the 2025–2030 term.

For 2026, the Party Committee and Factory leadership determined to continue directing agencies and units to strengthen and focus on Party and political work, closely aligned with the Factory’s core political tasks, contributing to the successful fulfillment of all missions and the continued strengthening and development of Factory Z121.
