On October 17, 2025, Factory Z121 solemnly held a conference to present decisions on military rank promotions, salary grade advancements, and retention coefficient bonuses for personnel under military management, on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025).

The conference was chaired by Senior Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company. Also attending were the Deputy Directors of the Factory and representatives of leadership from departments and enterprises across the Factory.

In this round, 529 personnel under military management across the Factory were granted military rank promotions, salary grade advancements, and retention coefficient bonuses.

The ceremony was a meaningful activity that helped to ignite pride and a sense of responsibility, creating strong motivation for all cadres and employees of the Factory to continue striving to successfully fulfill their duties, build the unit into a comprehensively strong organization, and remain worthy of the glorious 80-year tradition of the heroic Vietnamese nation.

At the ceremony, decisions were presented to 276 professional soldiers who were promoted in military rank and advanced in salary grade. The remaining cases were authorized to be presented by Party committees and commanders at various levels within their respective units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Factory Command, congratulated the professional soldiers who were honored with military rank promotions and salary advancements. He emphasized that this recognition is a great honor and source of pride, not only for the individuals concerned but also for the entire collective of Factory Z121.
