On December 17, 2025, Factory Z121 held a conference to review experience in ideological management and discipline in 2025.

The conference was chaired by Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company. Attendees included the Deputy Directors, key leaders at all levels, production and professional team leaders across the Factory, Party members from the office bloc, representatives from three branches, and affiliated workshops. Representing the General Department, Lieutenant Colonel Đỗ Minh Đức, Officer of the Propaganda and Training Division, Political Department, attended and observed the conference.

At the conference, delegates presented reports on the implementation of ideological and disciplinary work in 2025 within their units; analyzed and clarified limitations and shortcomings, identified causes, and proposed recommendations and solutions to the Party Committee and Factory leadership to further improve the quality of ideological and disciplinary work in 2026.

In his concluding remarks, the chair summarized the Factory’s characteristics and specific conditions, pointed out factors, periods, and circumstances that could give rise to ideological issues potentially leading to violations of law, discipline, and regulations. The Chairman required Party committees and commanders at all levels to strengthen comprehensive leadership and direction in grasping and forecasting ideological trends and ensuring discipline compliance; to renew and diversify forms of education and communication on the Party’s guidelines, State laws and policies, military discipline, and the Factory’s rules and regulations—thereby fostering positive changes in awareness and responsibility among workers, employees, and laborers. He also emphasized strengthening inspection and supervision across all activities, promoting individual accountability tied to assigned duties—especially strict compliance with procedures, regulations, and production safety.

Immediately following the review conference, the Z121 Party Committee organized a conference to study, disseminate, and implement the Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress (term 2025–2030).

Colonel Nguyễn Văn Tuấn, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Training Division, Political Department, delivered the briefing. Through the conference, cadres and Party members were introduced to the fundamental contents, core points, new highlights, and guiding spirit of the Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress, thereby building high unity in will and action, strengthening confidence, enhancing political resolve, and fostering determination to successfully fulfill the Congress’s goals and tasks—contributing to building a safe, developing, comprehensively strong, exemplary unit.
