Pursuant to the 2025 Plan for Party and Political Work, on September 19, 2025, Factory Z121 organized a conference to study the 2025 Political Education thematic programs.
Attending and directing the conference was Senior Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company. Participants included members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, key leaders at all levels across the Factory, as well as officers, assistants, staff of the administrative departments, and representatives of several subordinate units.

At the conference, lecturers from the Political Department of the General Department of Defense Industry delivered presentations introducing the key contents of the 2025 Political Education themes, with a focus on:

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, and style, particularly regarding revolutionary moral standards, self-criticism and criticism;

New contents related to the implementation of grassroots democracy within the Army;
-
Key issues and measures to prevent, combat, and counter hostile forces’ plots and tactics exploiting ethnic and religious issues to undermine the Party, the State, and the Army.
Through this study program, officers and employees of Factory Z121 have further strengthened their correct awareness, strictly complied with regulations, and enhanced their readiness to undertake and successfully fulfill all assigned tasks—thereby contributing to building a safe, developing unit and a comprehensively strong Factory that is “exemplary and outstanding.”
