On November 10, 2025, in Hà Nội, pursuant to the plan approved by the leadership of the General Department of Defense Industry (GDDI), a delegation of Youth Union and Women’s Union representatives from Factory Z121 attended the Conference reviewing Youth Union work and youth movements for the 2022–2025 period, and Women’s Union work and women’s movements for the 2021–2025 period, organized by the GDDI.
Delegation composition and activities at the conference
The delegation of Factory Z121 was led by Senior Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, and included 11 Youth Union cadres and 15 Women’s Union cadres.Within the framework of the conference, the Z121 delegation fully participated in all scheduled activities, including:
- Visiting the Vietnam Military History Museum
- Taking part in the exhibition showcasing typical products of Factory Z121
- Delivering presentations and contributing opinions to the Report on Youth Union Work and Youth Movements (2022–2025) and the Report on Women’s Work (2021–2025) of the Political Department – GDDI
- Providing feedback on draft reports of the General Political Department related to Youth Union and Women’s Union work in the coming period
All contributions from the Z121 delegation demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and were closely aligned with the practical realities of unit-level activities.

Determination to translate the conference spirit into practice

- Disseminate the spirit and key contents of the conference to all Youth Union and Women’s Union members throughout the Factory
- Effectively implement breakthrough tasks and key targets for the 2025–2030 period
- Contribute to building strong, comprehensive agencies and units capable of meeting mission requirements in the new situation

The conference served as an important opportunity for Factory Z121 to further affirm the solidarity, pioneering spirit, and sense of responsibility of its youth and women in the new era. With high determination, all Youth Union and Women’s Union cadres and members will continue to uphold the unit’s traditions, successfully accomplish all assigned tasks, and contribute to the sustainable development and growing strength of Factory Z121.
