On the afternoon of December 12, 2025, Factory Z121 held a conference to announce and present decisions on the selection of professional soldiers from defense workers and officials in 2025.

The conference was chaired by Colonel Chu Việt Sơn, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Factory Director. Also in attendance were Colonel Trần Mạnh Hùng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Company Chairman; members of the Party Committee and Factory Command; the Inspector; commanders of subordinate agencies and units; leaders of mass organizations; and 29 individuals who received the decisions.

Speaking at the ceremony to congratulate and assign tasks to the 29 newly selected professional soldiers in 2025, Colonel Chu Việt Sơn, on behalf of the Factory’s leadership and command, extended congratulations and praised their efforts and contributions. He emphasized that each professional soldier should continue to uphold a strong sense of responsibility, maintain the qualities of “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers,” and contribute to building Factory Z121 into a comprehensively strong unit that is “exemplary and outstanding.”
