The Hai Phong City People’s Committee has officially approved the plan to organize combined low-altitude and high-altitude fireworks displays at the entertainment complex, residential areas, and ecological park on Vu Yen Island. The program is scheduled to take place from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on public holidays, Tet, and Saturday and Sunday evenings, running from January 2026 to February 2027. The event will be fully funded by the enterprise and implemented in coordination with relevant authorities to ensure security and safety.
